myPay myPay is an online military payment system. But not only is it that, but it can also provide you with tons of information and make it easy to access important documents. It was created and designed by the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (or DFAS), and they maintain the site too. It was designed to help military personnel understand the payments they’re entitled to, and to help them stay in control of their individual financial situation. Before myPay, Employee Express was the standard pay system for veterans and people currently serving the armed forces of the United States.
